Entrepreneur Kurt Geiger was born in Austria in 1931 and opened his first store on Bond Street, London in 1963. Kurt Geiger products are a favourite amongst national newspaper fashion supplements and titles such as Vogue, Grazia, Elle and Glamour. In 2002, Kurt Geiger built a solid partnership with British Vogue becoming the exclusive sponsor of the magazine's first 'Ultimate Shoe Guide' which it continued for four consecutive years. In 2006, Kurt Geiger and Vogue further fortified their relationship with Kurt Geiger's exclusive sponsorship of the 'Vogue Catwalk Guide'. Also in 2006 Kurt Geiger opened a new flagship store on Regent Street in the heart of London's West End.
